📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the SPX Express hub, ensuring efficient handling, sorting, and dispatch of packages.
• Manage a team of 15-20 warehouse operators, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure adherence to SPX Express's operational standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement process improvements, and ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying best practices and optimizing workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar quality management system is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
