📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of Badminton and Padel courts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and maintain court equipment, including rackets, balls, and nets, to ensure they are in good condition.
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure courts are clean and well-maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
• Monitor court usage and bookings, ensuring optimal utilization and revenue generation.
• Implement and enforce facility rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all users.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies and improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve court management and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sports facility management or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining sports courts, including Badminton and Padel.
• Strong knowledge of sports equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with using software for facility management and booking systems, such as Playfield or similar platforms.
• Valid certification in sports facility management or a related field is a plus.
