📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, negotiate, and purchase engineering materials and equipment from a variety of suppliers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality materials.
• Analyze and compare quotes from different suppliers to ensure the best value for money.
• Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including ordering, receiving, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular reports on procurement activities to senior management.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the engineering industry.
• Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure that procurement needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering procurement or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering materials and equipment.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the food processing industry is a plus.
