📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain EV charging infrastructure using ChargePoint, Tesla Wall Connector, and ABB EV chargers.
• Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the smooth operation of charging stations.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating with stakeholders and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of charging stations to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate charging solutions with other smart city initiatives.
• Develop and implement training programs for clients and staff on the operation and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the efficiency of charging stations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and technologies to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge and compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support and project management, preferably in the EV charging industry.
• Certifications in EV charging technology, such as ChargePoint Certified Technician or Tesla Powerwall Installation Specialist, are a plus.
• Proficiency in using project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with smart city technologies and IoT platforms.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
