📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize construction logistics, including material procurement, storage, and distribution to ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels using SAP and Excel to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address material shortages and delays.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure materials meet project specifications.
• Generate and analyze reports to track material usage, costs, and performance metrics.
• Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse management and logistics best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in construction logistics and warehouse management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in materials control or construction logistics.
• Proven experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Certification in Construction Management or Project Management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations in Indonesia.
