📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic partnerships with remittance providers and PPOB partners.
• Conduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunities.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring they align with Monee's business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payment solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital payments.
• Represent Monee at industry events and conferences to build brand visibility and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in business development, particularly in the fintech or digital payments industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ShopeePay's payment ecosystem and relevant fintech platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
