📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical and operational support to merchant partners in the tourism and hospitality sector.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance merchant partners' skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze merchant performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement support strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners to foster long-term success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support or merchant support role within the tourism and hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
