Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the management office, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure buildings and common areas are well-maintained and in good condition.
• Utilize SAP Property Management software to track and manage property-related tasks and activities.
• Collaborate with clients and residents to address their concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce building regulations and safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
• Monitor and analyze building performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of property management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of service provided.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on building maintenance and operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing building maintenance and operations.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with SAP Property Management software is a plus.
