📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, strategic planning, and relationship building.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.,Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Conduct market analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.,Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify potential risks and opportunities.,Prepare and present business development reports and proposals to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry and market dynamics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and business culture is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
