📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide direct support to vulnerable individuals and families, including children, elderly, and people with disabilities.
• Assist in the implementation of social programs and initiatives aimed at improving the well-being of the community.
• Facilitate access to essential services such as healthcare, education, and legal aid.
• Educate and raise awareness about social issues and available resources.
• Monitor and report on the progress and needs of the community to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for vulnerable communities.
• Participate in community development activities and events.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and program activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social work or a related field, preferably in a community-based or non-profit setting.
• Strong understanding of social issues and community needs in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English languages.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
• Commitment to the principles of social justice and equity.
