Persada Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax & Compliance Officer to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all applicable tax laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing the company's tax accounting and reporting processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Manage the company's tax accounting and reporting processes.,Prepare and file tax returns for the company.,Provide tax advice and guidance to the company's management and employees.,Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and advise the company on their potential impact.,Conduct audits and investigations as required.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax and compliance, preferably in a multinational company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with tax accounting software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
