Pratama Construction is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website banners.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website banners.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand the brand's vision and to develop designs that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and to incorporate them into our designs.
  • Deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Maintain and update our brand's visual identity, including our logo, color palette, and typography.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that our designs are effective in achieving our business goals.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers, as needed.
  • Attend and participate in design-related workshops, conferences, and other professional development opportunities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
