📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a well-stocked inventory.,Develop and implement inventory control systems and procedures.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory data.,Analyze inventory trends and provide recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
