Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.,Work closely with the medical and administrative staff to provide high-quality patient care and maintain the highest standards of patient satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the health center's operations.,Manage the health center's budget and financial resources, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.,Ensure that the health center is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and implement employee training and development programs to ensure that the health center's staff is well-equipped to provide high-quality patient care.,Foster a positive and supportive work environment for the health center's staff, promoting open communication and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.,A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, laws, and industry standards.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Experience in budgeting, financial management, and financial reporting.,Experience in developing and implementing employee training and development programs.
