As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, driver management, and route planning.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, driver management, and route planning.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
  • Monitor and optimize fuel consumption and vehicle performance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for fleet management.
  • Provide training and support to drivers and other staff members.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor and report on fleet performance and compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure that all fleet operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to travel and work in remote locations.
