📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end export process, including order processing, documentation, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with international clients to ensure smooth and efficient trade operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated with global trade regulations and shipping methods to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Utilize tools such as SAP, Excel, and shipping software to manage and track export operations.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new trade initiatives and strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the export operations department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export operations, international trade, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, shipping methods, and international logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with international clients.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with tools such as SAP, Excel, and shipping software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
