PT Dinamika Harapan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Learning Development to join our team in Tenggarong. This role is crucial in driving our learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a proven track record of implementing effective training programs. This position offers a competitive salary of Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with external trainers and vendors to ensure high-quality training delivery.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Support the HR Manager in managing the learning and development budget.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of learning theories and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using HRIS and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and project management skills.
