Sentral Intan Health Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Shop Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our patients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the operation of the pharmacy, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory.,Assist customers with their medication needs, providing information and advice on proper usage.,Process customer orders, including prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and other healthcare products.,Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the preparation of invoices and receipts for customer transactions.,Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.,Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff members.,Participate in inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or pharmacy environment is preferred.,Good knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and pharmacy software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
