In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Process payroll and manage employee benefits.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.,Monitor cash flow and provide financial forecasts.,Prepare budgets and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
