📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Monitor and report on training program progress and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Officer or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
