Byte Bay Abadi is seeking a Senior Personalia Staff to join our team in Sumedang, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and development of our workforce. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented and has a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are selected.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.,Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company or large organization.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
