📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement leadership development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees,Create and deliver training programs focused on talent identification, succession planning, and performance management,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify leadership gaps and design targeted development interventions,Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to leaders to support their professional growth,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization,Partner with HR business partners to align leadership development initiatives with organizational goals,Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of leadership development programs and make data-driven decisions,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in leadership and talent development🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,8-10 years of experience in leadership and talent development, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful leadership development programs,Strong understanding of performance management systems and tools,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
