📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols in the production area.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address production issues.
• Prepare and present production reports to management.
• Train and mentor junior staff on production techniques and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision.
• Strong knowledge of production management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
• Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
