Hotel Hendra Bakery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and food quality to our guests. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely, with a focus on maintaining the high standards of our hotel and restaurant.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure food quality and safety standards are met, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.,Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's marketing and promotional strategies.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Work closely with the hotel management to ensure the restaurant's operations align with the hotel's overall goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.,Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies, and the ability to drive sales and revenue.,Familiarity with hotel and restaurant management software and systems.
