📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site technical support to customers, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain retail and consumer products, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct system audits and implement recommended improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement technical solutions.
• Document all technical activities and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field support engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience with retail and consumer products, including POS systems, payment processing, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for on-site visits.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kalimantan Barat and occasionally to other regions.
