📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement environmental management systems to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and audits for construction projects.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on environmental best practices and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate environmental considerations into project planning and execution.
• Maintain accurate records of environmental data and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on environmental regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and sustainability.
• Participate in environmental management meetings and contribute to the development of environmental policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental management, environmental compliance, or a related field.
• Certification in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards relevant to the construction industry.
• Proficient in using environmental management software such as SAP EM, QA-Gap, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction project management and environmental impact assessment tools is a plus.
