In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for delivering high-quality food and beverages.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand.,Train and supervise production staff to ensure they understand and follow standard operating procedures.,Ensure that all food and beverages meet health and safety standards.,Monitor food waste and implement strategies to reduce waste.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet the required standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong problem-solving skills.
